At an awards ceremony at Falkirk Stadium on Saturday 23rd February, DSC received their award for achieving Platinum Legacy Award status. The awards ceremony was attended by over 80 representatives of clubs within Central Region. David Dale (Chair), Jochen Clasen (ex Club Secretary) and Yan Stewart (2005 Head Coach) picked up the award on behalf of the Club. Reaching Legacy level is an amazing achievement for the club and were presented with the award along with other well known clubs in Milton, Falkirk, Cumbernauld Colts and our friends from Bo’ness United.
The main criteria in achieving the award was growing the club and now providing provisions in Girls Football; Walking Football and Over 35’s. However the main criteria is the work we do as part of the local community and how we interact with various parts of the Dunblane community and beyond.
A very proud moment for everyone connected with the club as continue to grow and prosper.
